70th Annual Wichita Parade of Homes

Since 1946, millions of Kansas residents and visitors have enjoyed viewing the latest in home innovations, styles and decorating. The Parade has evolved, in the past seven decades, from a fixed site with a handful of homes to a scattered site event with many homes. This year promises to be entertaining, as well as informative, whether you are in the home-buying market, looking for decorating ideas or just expecting a fun day out.

Each year the Wichita Home Builders Association strives to present something new and exciting. The 2016 Wichita Parade of Homes™ should be no exception. As a Parade attendee, you will be entertained by a wide variety of architectural styles and designs, beautiful settings and views, as well as innovative decorations and furnishings.

In 2016 the Parade includes unique homes that offer a peak into lifestyles that most only see on TV. Other homes are designed to fit the average budget – from starter townhomes and homes for active seniors wanting to “downsize” to family homes and the large more custom homes.
